Philotes Colony is a space colony in orbit around the planet Oneiroi, and is the headquarters/home of the mysterious and aristocratic Black Masks. It is also said to be home to the musician and leader of the Black Masks, Lady Heemstra. Philotes Colony is sort of a home away from home for some of the galaxy's most famous and wealthy people.
